Aufgewachsen in Oldenburg. Studium in Hamburg, St. Gallen, London und Tokio. Investment Banker (M&A, Corporate Finance) in Frankfurt, London, New York und Zürich bei JP Morgan und Credit Suisse (First Boston) von 1990 bis 2017, seitdem unabhängiger Unternehmensberater in Kapitalmarktfragen, M&A und Nachfolgesituationen. Besondere Sektorkenntnisse: Energie, Infrastruktur, Rohstoffe, Umwelt- u.a. neue Technologien. Seit 2023 auch Unternehmer als Mitgründer des Softwareunternehmens Recyclium AG mit Sitz in Vaduz, die weltweit erste Kreislaufwirtschaftsplattform, die das integrierte Verfolgen, Einsammeln und die erneute Verwendung von gebrauchten Konsumprodukten ermöglicht. Wohnhaft in Zürich.

Recyclium is a software company that enables consumer good companies to implement the circular economy. It uses QR code technology and the blockchain to enable tracking, collecting and retrieving the recyclable products therefore reducing waste and making better use of (critical) raw materials. It provides companies with the tools to monitor the product’s lifecycle increasing accountability, promoting sustainability and enabling reverse logistics. Lifecycle data and reward payments to the collecting consumer are processed on the blockchain. Our platform is a game-changer for companies looking to meet EPR, ESG and SDG regulations/objectives.
